Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of outsourced services and SOW engagements
• Manage SOW lifecycle including setup, amendments, and renewals
• Partner with managers and stakeholders to document scope details and deliverables
• Utilize VMS to maintain SOW data and track approvals
• Monitor spend and project timelines to identify operational risks
• Support operational reporting and procurement coordination activities

Requirements

• 2-3+ years of experience in procurement operations
• Experience in SOW administration
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills

• Annual base pay of $61,575 to $82,100
