Job Description
Responsibilities:
Source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, ATS, and professional networks.
Review resumes and assess candidates for technical competency and cultural fit.
Conduct phone screenings, technical discussions, and HR interviews as required.
Coordinate technical assessments, coding tests, and assignment reviews.
Use ATS/HR tools to maintain candidate data and track key recruitment metrics.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding.
Follow up with candidates promptly and maintain strong engagement with top talent.
Support offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
