Internship: Recruitment Consultant We are looking for driven intern(s) to join our strong and growing team as a Recruitment Consultant for a minimum of 3 months! This is your chance to be part of an international organisation where you can gain real-life experience in the corporate environment, and also have an opportunity to explore a full-time role within Phaidon International. You will be partnering closely with our experienced Recruitment Consultants to support our clients on identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs. You will have hands-on experience in recruitment cycle and through this internship, you will be able to sharpen your business acumen and bring your communication skills to the next level. We offer an intensive training program to teach you the ins and outs of the role! All of our management team internally started with Phaidon International as a fresh graduate or with a couple of years of sales experience so we truly do value training and developing our staff into senior positions organically! Responsibilities: Assist in the generation of relevant resume Conduct research on industry and competitor trends (through data collection, surveys) Providing recruitment reports to Team leaders Managing Sales Pipeline and Candidate/Client Data in an organised and structured format General administrative duties Work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis to achieve maximum results Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Currently studying in a reputable university Good interpersonal skills; a detailed and organized person who can in teams but also excel individually Thrives in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Must be able to take direction but also demonstrate initiative Has the drive and business acumen to take responsibility for your own business/desk and thrives on the opportunity About us Our professional services business works with thousands of organisations across the world, ranging from the Fortune 500 through to venture backed start-ups - all of whom use Phaidon's services to find the right talent for their business-critical roles.
