This role is responsible for driving the strategic, functional, and technical agenda for an integrated Internal Audit platform. The selected candidate will act in a BA / Project Manager / Scrum Master (BA/PM/SM) capacity, leveraging strong technical, analytical, and problem?solving skills to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives across a global stakeholder landscape. Key Responsibilities Drive strategy, design, and delivery for an integrated Internal Audit technology platform Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams, and vendor partners Manage complex technology initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders across the organization Lead global, cross?functional teams with minimal supervision Adapt quickly to regulatory and technology changes in a dynamic environment Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, perform root?cause analysis, and communicate resolution strategies Challenge the status quo, improve processes, and drive measurable outcomes Take ownership and accountability for high?quality delivery within tight deadlines Required Experience & Skills 12+ years of experience in a technical role with proven delivery success Strong background in technology solution delivery and business analysis 6+ years of experience leading global, cross?functional teams independently Prior experience architecting solutions that integrate with vendor platforms (highly preferred) Experience designing and implementing complex, multi?tenant platforms, preferably in compliance or risk domains Strong understanding of shared technology platforms serving multiple clients Excellent analytical and problem?solving skills with attention to detail Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision?making capabilities Communication & Behavioral Skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work effectively with cross?cultural global teams Highly motivated, proactive, flexible, and adaptable to change Strong time management and prioritization skills High standards for quality, ownership, and accountability Strong team collaboration and relationship?management mindset Preferred / Additional Qualifications Knowledge of financial products or prior experience within an Investment Bank Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams on wireframes, prototypes, and intuitive designs Hands?on exposure to full?stack web development, including: Java SQL Frontend technologies This is a Contract full time opportunity.
