About this role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Recruiter to join our team. The Remote Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various positions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple recruitment projects while working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone, video, and virtual interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide timely updates.
Conduct reference and background checks when required.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and job qualifications.
Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or staffing experience preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and recruiting software.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
Experience recruiting for multiple industries and job levels.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
