Senior Consultant – Project Manager (Interim Growth – UK Public Sector) Korn Ferry – Consulting (UK) The Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Consultant – Project Manager to support the delivery of client engagements and strategic initiatives across Korn Ferry Consulting. This role will play a central role through FY27 in a priority “big bet” growth initiative, focused on expanding Korn Ferry’s Interim placement capability within the UK Public Sector. Alongside this, the role will operate as a flexible Project Manager, supporting additional projects across Korn Ferry’s solution areas as required. Role Purpose The Senior Consultant – Project Manager partners with Consulting and Commercial colleagues to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects effectively, ensuring a high-quality client experience, strong operational discipline, and data-driven decision making. A key focus of the role is to enable the effective execution and scaling of Interim solutions, supporting both delivery and operational build-out of this growth area.
