- Build talent pools for current and future engagements
- Conduct client meetings and optimize hiring processes
- Identify and differentiate final candidates based on competencies
- Build relationships with candidates and effectively communicate client value propositions
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting within the Smart-tech or Engineering industry
- Proven experience in client (stakeholder) management throughout the hiring process
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
- Ability to manage complex hiring situations
