Responsibilities

• Source candidates that match client profiles through multi-channel strategies
• Build talent pools for current and future engagements
• Conduct client meetings and optimize hiring processes
• Identify and differentiate final candidates based on competencies
• Build relationships with candidates and effectively communicate client value propositions

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting within the Smart-tech or Engineering industry
• Proven experience in client (stakeholder) management throughout the hiring process
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
• Ability to manage complex hiring situations
