Responsibilities
- Conduct daily walk-ins or scheduled meetings with district leaders to generate new business
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within assigned markets
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of target districts
- Develop strong, long-term partnerships with district leadership
- Conduct onsite assessments to uncover unmet staffing needs
- Partner with Account Managers to ensure job orders are filled quickly and accurately
- Track and report on competitive activity, district budget cycles, and hiring trends
- Represent Aya Education at conferences and regional events
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
- Direct relevant experience in Educational Services & Therapy staffing sales
- Proven success in a metrics-driven environment
- At least 1 year track record as a top producer in a sales position
- Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Additional Information
This position requires the employee to reside in the Los Angeles, CA area and involves local travel approximately 80–90% of the time.
