- Lead and expand strategic alliance relationships across EMEA
- Build and execute joint go-to-market motions with partners
- Enable sales teams to identify and progress partner-led opportunities
- Develop compelling joint propositions connecting Korn Ferry’s talent solutions with partner platforms
- Increase partner-influenced pipeline and revenue
Requirements
- Significant experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong background in sales or commercial leadership
- Demonstrated success in building scalable sell-with and sell-through motions
