Responsibilities

• Lead and expand strategic alliance relationships across EMEA
• Build and execute joint go-to-market motions with partners
• Enable sales teams to identify and progress partner-led opportunities
• Develop compelling joint propositions connecting Korn Ferry’s talent solutions with partner platforms
• Increase partner-influenced pipeline and revenue

Requirements

• Significant experience in partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem roles
• Experience working with SAP
• Strong background in sales or commercial leadership
• Demonstrated success in building scalable sell-with and sell-through motions
