About this role
Act as a trusted advisor on entry-level recruitment to hiring partners and stakeholders
Lead and execute entry-level hiring strategy for the Houston office
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviews, and offers
Provide market insights and regular updates to stakeholders
Deliver a seamless candidate experience from outreach through onboarding
Align hiring efforts with the firm's growth goals
Collaborate with lateral recruiting team and sponsors to support strategic growth
Handle candidate inquiries and ongoing communications
Coordinate lateral interview scheduling and feedback processes
Track recruitment metrics, including submissions and spend
Support cross-office stakeholder requests
Manage agency relationships and active searches
Contribute to additional recruitment projects as needed
