Responsibilities

• Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to develop targeted sales strategies
• Prospect and qualify leads through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Pitch staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and secure agreements with new clients
• Collaborate with recruiters to align business development efforts with talent acquisition strategies
• Expand existing accounts by identifying additional project needs and skill gaps
• Build and maintain relationships with IT hiring managers and decision-makers

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in IT, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing or sales-driven role, preferably in IT staffing
• Strong understanding of IT skillsets, roles, and industry trends
• Proven success in cold calling and outbound outreach
