Contingent Recruiter RPO Recruiter | Korn Ferry Location & Working Model Client: Financial Services Location: Melbourne CBD or Sydney CBD Working style: Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite Employment type: Permanent employee of Korn Ferry About the Role Korn Ferry is partnering with one of our ANZ marquee clients within the Financial Services sector to deliver end‑to‑end contingent recruitment through an embedded RPO model. We are seeking an experienced Contingent Recruiter to manage both MSP operations and hands‑on recruitment, supporting high‑volume operational hiring within a highly regulated environment. While the primary focus of this role is contingent hiring for frontline operational roles, there may also be opportunities to support permanent and max‑term hiring depending on business demand and hiring volumes. This role suits an experienced recruiter who is comfortable operating at pace while balancing governance, stakeholder management, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities MSP & Contingent Workforce Management Release and manage contingent roles through the MSP Agency and vendor management, including payroll providers Manage contractor extensions and workforce changes Ensure compliance with MSP frameworks, policies, and governance requirements Act as a key point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders Recruitment Delivery Conduct job briefings with hiring managers Job posting and talent pooling Direct sourcing and market engagement Candidate screening and shortlisting End‑to‑end recruitment process management Deliver a positive candidate and stakeholder experience Role Coverage Role types: Operational and high‑volume recruitment Primary focus on frontline contingent roles Examples include Call Centre, Claims Consultants, and similar frontline positions May support permanent and max‑term hiring as needed About You Proven experience in MSP and/or Temp Desk environments Strong end‑to‑end recruitment experience Demonstrated ability to recruit at scale in high‑volume settings High level of experience, resilience, and professionalism Strong understanding of regulated and governance‑heavy environments Confident stakeholder communicator who can balance speed, quality, and compliance Why Join Korn Ferry?
