Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts within the Role-Based Consulting practice
• Drive revenue growth through strategic account management and new business development
• Identify and secure new clients and opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and pricing for new clients
• Act as a strategic advisor to clients and ensure delivery excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4-10+ years of business development or account management experience within technology consulting or professional services
• Proven track record of driving renewals and expansions in enterprise accounts
