Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the MSP solution for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to enhance and expand partnerships
- Manage daily client interactions and ensure service quality
- Support team delivery and service excellence
Requirements
- At least 10 years of recruitment-related experience
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience
- Experience in a highly regulatory and complex matrix organization
- Ability to engage senior client stakeholders
- Strong organizational and process management skills
