Responsibilities

  • Source, interview, and fill contract positions for nursing and allied clinicians
  • Establish positive relationships with candidates by understanding their career aspirations and professional experience
  • Educate candidates on the travel industry and benefits of traveling with AMN Healthcare
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly recruiting activity and placement metrics
  • Conduct consultative conversations with clinicians to understand their career goals and preferences
  • Qualify clinicians for travel assignments based on licensure and experience
  • Discuss and negotiate compensation packages
  • Present candidate information to Account Managers for interviews

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting, sourcing, or placing candidates in a sales, healthcare staffing, or recruiting environment
  • Ability to meet performance metrics in a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS) or CRM to manage candidate pipelines and documentation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
