• Handle complete recruitment life cycle for direct clients in the US
• Work on direct Pharma client requirements
• Fulfill client requirements through various sourcing methods
• Meet required metrics in an aggressive environment

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in US Staffing
• Graduation or undergraduate with 2 years of relevant experience
• Good understanding of Pharma terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
