Compensation

Pay Range: $25/HR

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates throughout the hiring process
• Monitor candidate progress across multiple systems
• Review candidate documentation and perform state-specific compliance checks
• Re-engage candidates and support hiring efforts in high-demand markets
• Manage shared communication channels to assist candidates
• Participate in pilot programs and process improvement initiatives
• Maintain accuracy and compliance within applicant tracking systems

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, onboarding, customer support, or similar high-volume roles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
