Responsibilities

• Handle complete recruitment life cycle for Direct Clients in the US
• Understand and work on client requirements
• Source candidates through job portals, references, headhunting, and networking sites
• Meet required metrics in an aggressive environment

Requirements

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in US Staffing
• Experience working on IT/Non IT/Engineering/Pharma clients
• Educational qualification required is Graduation & above
• Good understanding of IT/Non IT/Engineering/Pharma terminology
• Hands-on experience working with direct clients
