Compensation

Base salary of $55,000 plus uncapped commission plus bonus; Year 1 total on target earnings of $75,000+.

Responsibilities

• Identify, network, and sell to potential candidates/job seekers through creative matching strategies
• Maintain and update a prospective candidate pipeline by cold calling/prospecting calls
• Develop and maintain candidate relations through relationship-driven calls and meetings
• Negotiate pay rates and close deals in accordance with company goals and expectations
• Document all candidate conversations for historical data and productivity reporting
• Represent Addison Group in a professional and positive manner in all interactions

Requirements

• Four-year degree or equivalent
• 1-3 years of professional work experience preferably in sales or customer service
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Competitive spirit
