Lead Consultant, Revenue Operations

Compensation

Pay Rate $100,000 - $118,500, with additional compensation such as bonus or commission.

Responsibilities

• Leads Division-level strategic projects and initiatives
• Collaborates with Marketing and Practice leaders to develop thought leadership content
• Acts as a trusted advisor to AMN and divisional leadership
• Improves sales effectiveness and productivity
• Leads process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 7–10 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 11–14 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare and/or staffing industries
• Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location. You will be expected to come into an AMN Healthcare office at a frequency dependent on the work arrangement for your role.
