Responsibilities

• Support candidate sourcing through platforms such as LinkedIn and internal databases
• Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on role requirements
• Conduct market research on industries, clients, and talent trends
• Maintain accurate candidate and client data within internal systems
• Support the team with recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree from a recognized university
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive and self-motivated
