The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $90,000.
Responsibilities
- Conduct industry research to understand client companies and position requirements
- Identify prospective candidates through targeted company research
- Maintain progress reports and market feedback reports for presentation to Consultants and Clients
- Assist Consultants in writing candidate assessments
- Support business development activities and pitch preparation
Requirements
- 0-1 years of recruiting experience or transferable professional experience
- Undergraduate BA/BS degree
- Experience in full life cycle recruiting in Executive Search or In-House Talent Acquisition preferred
