• Lead and manage medium-sized projects or complex work streams
• Manage small client relationships and support relationship development
• Conduct background research and proposal writing to win business
• Deliver local marketing presentations and lead sales calls
• Develop deeper expertise in at least one area of expertise

Requirements

• Master’s or Doctorate degree
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in consultancy or client HR function
• Experience in a top-tier professional services firm
