Responsibilities

• Proactively contact companies to collect pay and compensation-related data
• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach including cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Build rapport quickly with company contacts
• Track outreach activity and responses accurately
• Meet daily and weekly outreach targets
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness before submission

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant practical experience
• Strong willingness to perform cold calling
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
