Role Overview
Our RPO Sourcer is responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines for complex and hard-to-fill roles, partnering closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to drive efficient hiring outcomes.
This role supports a global RPO program, leveraging market intelligence, sourcing strategy, and proactive engagement to identify and attract top talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
The RPO Sourcer is accountable for:
Designing and executing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and niche roles
Conducting market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools
Identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, LinkedIn, referrals, networking)
Building and maintaining strong, actionable talent pipelines aligned to hiring priorities
Partnering closely with recruiters to refine candidate shortlists and align on role requirements
Providing real-time market insights and talent trends to support hiring strategy
Presenting candidate profiles and pipeline updates to recruiting partners
Proactively identifying pipeline gaps and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly
Maintaining accurate candidate data and activity within ATS/CRM systems
Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience
2–5+ years of sourcing experience within RPO or in-house environments
Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals)
Experience supporting hard-to-fill or high-volume roles across multiple functions or industries
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Strong communication skills and ability to engage passive candidates effectively
Experience working with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing tools
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into actionable insights
Ability to work independently while collaborating across global teams
Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
