Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume candidate screening interviews via phone and video
- Proactively source candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, and outbound calling
- Manage candidates through the hiring lifecycle from initial contact through offer extension
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the ATS
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies and overall recruiting workflow
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales
- Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
