Responsibilities
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other market channels
- Support recruitment for Industrial and Corporate roles, up to middle management level
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Manage candidate information and recruitment progress with a high level of accuracy
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure recruitment processes align with best practice and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Experience supporting Industrial and/or Corporate hiring is highly regarded
