Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant (RPO Associate Recruiter, 12-months FTC)

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and other market channels
• Support recruitment for Industrial and Corporate roles, up to middle management level
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Manage candidate information and recruitment progress with a high level of accuracy
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Ensure recruitment processes align with best practice and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Experience supporting Industrial and/or Corporate hiring is highly regarded
