Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of candidate recruitment and placement
- Screen candidates for jobs and present to clients via Vendor Management System (VMS)
- Contact Strategic Accounts Directors or Client Service Managers to determine candidate viability
- Maintain client and candidate satisfaction throughout the quality control process
- Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals
- Ensure job order information is updated in the internal client relationship management system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of business and/or recruitment experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in communication and problem-solving skills
