Responsibilities
- Deliver client-specific reporting and analysis to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain ongoing reporting on recruitment processes
- Produce regular performance dashboards in Excel and Power BI
- Interpret and analyze data to identify trends and measure performance
- Audit data and improve data quality
- Coach and support junior reporting analysts
Requirements
- 5+ years of data reporting experience
- 3+ years of Excel knowledge
- 2+ years of Power BI knowledge
- High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred
