Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for priority and hard-to-hire roles
• Partner with senior leaders to align workforce growth with program delivery needs
• Provide market insight to inform hiring strategy and decisions
• Proactively source and engage scarce and specialist talent
• Ensure recruitment activity meets governance, probity, and security requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior or lead-level recruitment roles
• Background in complex, regulated or project-based environments
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, infrastructure or government-aligned roles
• Australian citizenship required for security clearance
