Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop client relationships
  • Conduct prospecting activities including phone/email outreach and client visits
  • Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
  • Generate leads via professional relationships and candidate interviews
  • Achieve performance objectives relating to activity and individual Gross Margin
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System to log all activity
  • Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting professional services staffing
  • Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals
