Responsibilities
- Establish and develop client relationships
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone/email outreach and client visits
- Manage open job orders from intake to fulfillment
- Generate leads via professional relationships and candidate interviews
- Achieve performance objectives relating to activity and individual Gross Margin
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to log all activity
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and fulfill open positions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2 to 3 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting professional services staffing
- Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals
