Responsibilities

  • Create and execute project work plans
  • Ensure search requests are clearly defined
  • Identify resources needed and assign responsibilities
  • Define and communicate individual and team metrics
  • Maintain awareness of creative sourcing strategies
  • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client
  • Prepare and participate in project reviews with client and senior management
  • Manage day-to-day client interaction
  • Conduct effective performance evaluations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or ten years of equivalent work experience
  • Ten years of relevant leadership experience in talent acquisition
  • 5+ years of experience leading RPO or Staffing engagements
  • Strong understanding of full life cycle recruiting
  • Familiarity with SLA’s/SOW
  • Understanding of revenue and pricing models and P&L’s
