Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts and sourcing top talent
• Conduct industry and market research to provide insights for searches
• Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Assist in preparing search documentation and maintaining compliance
• Coordinate meetings and manage internal client relationships
• Update the internal database with search information and candidate status
• Contribute to the development of business pitch materials

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office tools
