Responsibilities

• Support candidate identification efforts by sourcing and assessing top talent
• Conduct industry and market research to provide detailed analyses
• Collaborate with recruiters to define candidate profiles and sourcing strategies
• Assist in preparing search documentation and maintaining compliance
• Help schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and internal stakeholders
• Maintain database accuracy and update search information
• Support the creation of marketing materials for new business pitches
• Monitor industry developments and share relevant news

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, executive search, or professional services
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Effective writing and editing skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple research projects
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Internet research and Microsoft Office Suite
