Responsibilities
- Support the recruiting team, candidates, and clients throughout the recruitment process
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage hiring paperwork
- Document, track, and maintain records in the applicant tracking system
- Perform various administrative duties that support the recruiting function
Requirements
- 2+ years of project management or administrative experience
- 2+ years of scheduling experience in a professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High School diploma; 4-year degree preferred
