Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a client base and new business opportunities
- Introduce services via video, telephone, and in-person meetings
- Recruit, evaluate, and place professionals in full-time positions
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients and candidates
- Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates
- Participate in industry trade associations to increase local presence
Requirements
- A business-related degree
- 2+ years of experience in permanent placement recruiting
- Proven track record of success
- Excellent communication skills
- High sense of urgency
