Responsibilities

  • Identify channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements
  • Define, design and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools
  • Ensure development and optimization of sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
  • Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition
  • Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
  • Develop candidate relationship management strategies
  • Define and lead framework for client sourcing strategies
  • Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information
  • Provide responsive and proactive customer service

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing
  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
  • 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
  • High school diploma
