Responsibilities
- Identify channels and strategy to source candidates matching client requirements
- Define, design and help implement the sourcing strategy for building talent pools
- Ensure development and optimization of sourcing channels to improve client talent pools
- Assist clients in defining and developing a compelling employee value proposition
- Source and leverage relevant media and communication channels
- Develop candidate relationship management strategies
- Define and lead framework for client sourcing strategies
- Partner with recruiters and team members to generate ideas and share information
- Provide responsive and proactive customer service
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing
- 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience
- 3+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers
- 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews
- High school diploma
