Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from role briefing to offer stage
• Build partnerships with business areas and candidates
• Drive recruitment strategies focusing on diversity
• Utilize direct sourcing tools and technology
• Communicate client needs and evaluate recruiting solutions
• Provide market information to Hiring Managers

Requirements

• Experience in a full cycle recruitment role
• Prior experience in hiring for Shared Services and Commercial roles
• Strong organization skills
• Effective communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
