Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and nonclinical healthcare roles
• Develop and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
• Utilize advanced ATS and sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates
• Analyze healthcare resumes to assess specialized skills and qualifications
• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies
• Implement innovative approaches to attract candidates
• Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes
• Participate in professional networking events to expand candidate pool

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in agency recruiting or healthcare recruitment; 5 years preferred
• Proficient knowledge of the healthcare industry, including clinical and nonclinical roles
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
