Responsibilities
- Manage open positions and create engaging job advertisements
- Actively source potential candidates
- Screen resumes and select suitable candidates
- Conduct pre-screenings and/or phone interviews
- Organize and conduct language proficiency assessments
- Coordinate interview scheduling and related administrative tasks
- Use and manage the internal ATS system daily
- Maintain continuous communication with hiring managers and the internal recruitment team
- Participate actively in weekly meetings and discussions
- Administer recruitment processes
- Prepare reports and track performance indicators based on defined KPIs
Requirements
- Completed higher education
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment and selection
- Agency background is an advantage
- Fluent and confident in German and English
