Responsibilities

  • Manage open positions and create engaging job advertisements
  • Actively source potential candidates
  • Screen resumes and select suitable candidates
  • Conduct pre-screenings and/or phone interviews
  • Organize and conduct language proficiency assessments
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and related administrative tasks
  • Use and manage the internal ATS system daily
  • Maintain continuous communication with hiring managers and the internal recruitment team
  • Participate actively in weekly meetings and discussions
  • Administer recruitment processes
  • Prepare reports and track performance indicators based on defined KPIs

Requirements

  • Completed higher education
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in recruitment and selection
  • Agency background is an advantage
  • Fluent and confident in German and English
