Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of KF Nimble Recruit and other TA technologies
- Gather and translate client business requirements into working solutions
- Collaborate with internal and client team members throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements
- Develop business-specific approaches for testing, training, and post-production support
Requirements
- Prior experience in the design, development, and implementation of Talent Management Systems
- Knowledge of TA leading technologies
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
