Role Overview
Kelly is hiring a Recruiter to support recruiting efforts across our client’s U.S. operations. This is a remote, in-house recruiting role added to support hiring demand after other recruiters were reassigned to a separate initiative. The recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers in a highly structured, process-driven environment.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments and brings a strong corporate recruiting background with experience navigating sophisticated hiring processes.
What will you do:
Own full-cycle recruiting for a mix of IT, quality assurance, manufacturing, and professional roles
Manage the recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance
Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements, priorities, and timelines
Source, screen, and assess candidates across multiple functional areas
Coordinate and manage interview processes, including panel interviews with Danaher stakeholders
Support requisitions primarily across Eastern and Central time zones, with some coverage in Mountain and Pacific time zones
Maintain accurate documentation and candidate tracking within the ATS
Deliver a professional, timely, and engaging candidate experience
Operate effectively within a structured, process-driven recruiting organization
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably IT or quality assurance recruiting
Proven ability to recruit across professional roles, not limited to a single specialty
Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
Ability to support multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Based in the U.S., with availability aligned to Eastern or Central time zones (preferred)
ATS experience, ideally Workday
Experience working in large, structured, process-driven organizations preferred
Base pay range for this position is $29 to $41 per hour. Final hourly compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
