14002 - Workday QA Consultant - Contract to Hire

Compensation

Base pay rate for this position is $40.00 - $60.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, scenarios, and scripts for Workday HCM and Finance modules
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing across Workday business processes
• Validate Workday business processes, configuration, security, condition rules, and reporting logic
• Support testing of Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, PECI, and vendor interfaces
• Design, automate, and maintain test scripts using Workday Test Automation or other tools
• Document test results and coverage using ADO and other Test Management Tools
• Manage defect lifecycle including logging, triage, retest, and verification
• Assist with UAT coordination and execution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of QA/testing experience
• 3+ years focused on Workday
• Hands-on experience testing Workday HCM and/or Finance modules
• Workday certification preferred
• Experience with Workday test automation
• Strong manual testing and test design skills
• Experience validating Workday integrations and configurations
• Familiarity with Git and programming languages
