£50,000+ OTE in Year 1, with top performers regularly exceeding £100K by Year 3.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with professionals across the Life Sciences sector
• Partner with biotech and pharma companies to understand hiring needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer stage
• Develop negotiation, sales, and commercial skills
• Work towards targets with clear financial reward for success
