Responsibilities

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for commercial construction roles
  • Develop and maintain a network of professionals, including Superintendents, Project Managers, and Estimators
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates
  • Analyze resumes to match specialized skills with client requirements in the AEC sector
  • Implement innovative strategies to attract active and passive candidates
  • Collaborate with team leaders to assess hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans
  • Stay informed about industry trends to enhance recruitment strategies and candidate engagement
  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and improve outcomes
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and candidates

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in commercial construction; 5 years preferred
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools effectively
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction roles and industry practices
