Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the construction industry
• Execute full-cycle recruiting for commercial construction roles
• Utilize ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage a pipeline of qualified candidates
• Analyze resumes and match specialized skills to client requirements
• Develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract candidates
• Provide expert guidance to clients on market trends and workforce planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruiting processes
• Ensure a positive candidate experience while balancing client expectations
• Contribute to team goals and company growth through business development

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction recruiting or account management
• Comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and its roles, skills, and hiring trends
