Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and clinics to identify staffing needs
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals
• Analyze industry trends and market demands to craft effective recruitment strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment efforts with client goals
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to build and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with healthcare organizations
• Develop creative strategies to attract candidates in the healthcare sector
• Collect and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in healthcare, nursing, or related fields
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in healthcare recruitment and business development
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the healthcare industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare staffing trends and regulations
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
