Responsibilities

• Provide recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and customer service to candidates and client staff at an assigned on-site account
• Interact with customers to evaluate and assess staffing needs
• Develop and maintain active recruiting plans to support hiring needs
• Perform internal and external recruiting activities to meet customer headcount requirements
• Write job postings to support recruitment needs
• Maintain social media activity to support recruiting and engagement
• Evaluate and interview applicants, performing required screening
• Match talent to suitable jobs or departments for the on-site customer
• Process applicants in company system maintaining documentation

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, staffing, or human resources
