Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain workforce analytics and reporting for HR and business stakeholders
- Support operational workforce decision-making through timely analysis of staffing, productivity, and workforce metrics
- Monitor current and short-term workforce trends to identify changes, risks, or data issues
- Analyze historical workforce data to identify patterns and support workforce planning activities
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and time-sensitive business questions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4-6 years of relevant experience
- 1-3 years of Workday experience in analytics, reporting, or data analysis
- Experience using analytics and visualization tools
