Compensation
The base compensation range for this position is $100-130k per year.
Responsibilities
- Participate in client kick-off meetings and assist in developing position specifications and search strategies.
- Identify potential candidates and validate them through reference and source calls.
- Develop and present a slate of qualified candidates to clients.
- Communicate effectively with team members and keep them informed of search developments.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and local practice initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of progressive business experience in executive search, recruiting, or talent acquisition
- Undergraduate degree required; postgraduate degree a plus
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
